Bliss

Prepare yourself for deep relaxation when you attend this Yin class. This practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching helping us return our bodies to function at a higher level again. With the aid of props, the poses offer steady, slow pressure to gradually undo the damage of time and habit. Cellular regeneration occurs when the postures are held for an appropriate period of time (3-5 mins) allowing you to work deep into the connective tissues around the joint. Upon releasing the yin pose, waves of energy are freed to flow through the body, giving a revitalized feeling of healing.

*Cold damp towels misted with essential oils are provided at the end of class during savasana.
