RhythOM & Flow
Yoga, but make it loud. Forget the elevator music and the stiff vibes. This is an all-levels Vinyasa flow that actually moves you. We’re pairing seamless, challenging sequences with a breath-to-movement connection that’ll have you dripping. It’s sweaty, it’s soulful, and the playlist is non-negotiable. Show up, breathe deep, and let the rhythm do the heavy lifting.
OMPower
Fast-paced. Zero fluff. This is our high-velocity hybrid for the restless souls. We combine heart-pumping cardio bursts with a rhythmic flow that never hits the brakes. If you like your yoga with a high heart rate and a heavy drop, get in here. Your workout starts when you find the rhythm.
Slow Vibes
Stop the grind. Start the flow. We’re taking the "rush" out of your routine. This class is all about long holds, slow transitions, and therapeutic heat that gets under your skin to release the grit of the day. It’s soulful, it’s sweaty, and it’s exactly what your body is asking for.
OM BODY Chill
OMBody Chill is a sensual, vibey yoga experience designed to drop you into a space of deep “OM-bodiment” through breath, sound, and slow, connected movement. Guided by music that soothes the body and stirs the soul, this class invites you to let go of the thinking mind, and surrender into the body’s experience in each NOW moment.
Rhythom & Pulse
Major Heat. Major Results. Get ready to feel the burn like never before! Our Hot Mat Pilates class takes the classic, effective, low-impact movements you love and turns up the heat-literally. This isn't your grandma's Pilates; expect a challenging, energetic flow designed to build long, lean muscle and serious core strength. The added warmth helps deepen stretches, encourages a detoxifying sweat, and focuses your mind completely on the work. Bring a towel (you'll need it!), plenty of water, and prepare to leave feeling stronger, taller, and completely invigorated.
BLISS
Undo the damage. This is the deep-tissue reset your body has been begging for. In this Yin session, we ditch the effort and lean into the opening. By holding passive stretches for 3 to 5 minutes, we’re not just stretching muscle—we’re hitting the "reset" button on your connective tissue and joints. It’s a slow-motion recovery designed to heal the grit of daily life and free up stagnant energy. The room is comfortably warm, not hot. Show up, sink in, and find what’s hiding beneath the surface.
Foundations
Intro to the House. Think of this as your backstage pass to yoga. We’re breaking down the critical basics and fundamental sequences that form the backbone of a solid practice. Whether you’re a total first-timer or just want to clean up your form, we’ve got you covered. Light heat, heavy knowledge, and zero pressure. Come as you are.
Somatic Sundays
Having a tough week? Looking for a way to let go of stress and emotions? Our Somatic Breathwork session is the perfect solution for those seeking to release pent-up stress and emotions while reconnecting with their true selves. Breathwork has been shown to be effective in managing anxiety and stress, as well as regulating your nervous system. We provide a safe space where all forms of expression are welcome, including laughing, crying, yelling, and movement. Our goal is to help you connect with others and embrace your true self. The session includes music from a variety of artists and guided questions to help you dive deep and reflect. Leave all your stress on the mat and see what you'll discover
Rhythom & Sculpt
Sculpt your rhythm. This is 60 minutes of total-body fire where the beat meets the burn. We've fused yoga with Pilates-inspired movements and cardio bursts to keep you on your toes. With hand weights, bands, and balls in the mix, we're adding resistance to every movement to tone you from head to toe. It's loud, it's sweaty, and it's designed to leave you feeling powerful. Grab your weights and find your flow.
Prenatal yoga
Own your changing body. Pregnancy isn’t a reason to stop moving; it’s a reason to move differently. This class is designed to help you stay strong and find some headspace as you prepare for what's next. We focus on mind/body awareness and actual techniques for delivery and recovery. It’s an unheated, kid-free zone for expectant moms and their support crew to get grounded.
