YOGA IN YOUR SPACE- MANIFEST WITH MEDITATION WITH NASREEN GRAB YOUR NOTEBOOK AND PEN AND GET COZY FOR PART 2 OF THE SERIES
Zero-Fuss Zen: Grounded & Grateful (The 5-Minute Edition) Tired of feeling like you’re on a hamster wheel? Grounding and gratitude are your cosmic chill pills. No gurus, no fancy yoga pants—just simple, low-effort ways to stop your brain from running a marathon. Get Grounded: Stop, Drop, and Feel Your Feet Grounding is about getting present and stable. Your yoga mat is the anchor. Feel Your Feet: Wiggle your toes. Seriously. Right now. Whether you're in Mountain Pose or just standing, that solid connection to the floor is gravity earning its paycheck. The Real Downward Dog: Forget straight legs. In Adho Mukha Svanasana, bend your knees a lot. Push your chest toward your thighs. That stable "V" is instant grounding. The Reset Breath: Take three deep belly breaths, exhaling like you're trying to fog up a window. Instant chill. That's your reset button.Get Grateful: Be Thankful the Moment Isn't Awful True gratitude means acknowledging that something isn't the worst. It’s about appreciating the small stuff. Thank Your Knees: Those hardworking little joints put up with everything. In Child's Pose (Balasana), give them a moment of appreciation. The Un-Sucky Moment: Find one thing that doesn't irritate you. The smell of coffee, the fact that your socks match. That small win is genuine gratitude. The Savasana Glow: Be grateful for the sweet, brain-melting stillness of Savasana. You made it! It's the most productive nothing you'll do all day. Stop overthinking it. You're breathing, you're here, and you're now grounded. You're welcome.
