SHAYNA SANDERS

Shayna is an E-RYT 500 with an M.S. in Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT) and is also a licensed massage therapist (LMT). She embarked on her yoga journey in 2007, initially focusing on vinyasa flow yoga. Over the years, her practice has expanded to include hatha, gentle, chair, restorative, yin, and aerial yoga, utilizing yoga as a comprehensive tool for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Shayna began teaching yoga in 2019. Her classes are designed to be adaptive and accessible to all participants, emphasizing breath and body awareness. She firmly believes that yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose but about the mindfulness and self-care experienced throughout the practice.
