SHAYNA SANDERS

Shayna started doing vinyasa flow yoga in 2007 as a way to stay physically healthy; however, over the years she has been fortunate enough to discover the emotional, mental, and spiritual rewards of yoga as well. Her personal practice has evolved to include hatha, gentle, chair, restorative, yin, and aerial yoga depending on what her body needs on any given day.

Shayna has been teaching yoga since 2019; she teaches with the goal of her classes being adaptive and accessible to whomever attends, as well as being heavily focused on breath and body awareness. She firmly believes that yoga is not about reaching the destination of being in a pose, but the mindfulness and self care experienced along the way.
