NASREEN ALLEN
Nasreen is all about positive vibes, sharing a smile & holistic wellness. Her goal with each class is to make everyone feel welcome & at home on their mat.
Her interest of yoga was sparked when she took a class at her gym. Yoga brought back the joy of movement in her body that she felt when she danced and did gymnastics as a child. The love of yoga was stoked when she began her daily practice and started feeling that true body/mind connection.
Along with Nasreen’s 200 hour yoga certification, she has a certification in prenatal yoga, health coaching, personal training, doula training and a degree with focus on health and wellness.
Nasreen adores the outdoors, exploring and trying new foods. She has a life-long love of learning and researching and is a self-professed bookworm. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her daughter, husband and best friends.
She looks forward to leading you through the art of breath & movement on the mat.
