NADIA PADRON
Nadia was introduced to yoga as a ballet dancer learning how to strengthen and restore the muscles of the body. Before Nadia completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2017, she was a member in a dance company and performed ballet and folklorico all around San Antonio. Nadia prioritizes breath, mindfulness, and exploration in her yoga classes and in her personal practice. She is dedicated to learning the lifelong practice of yoga and enjoys sharing its meaning of unity and benefits of mind body awareness.
