KAYLA WASHINGTON

Kayla Washington is a 500-hour RYT instructor with a passion for holistic health and wellness! Her love and dedication to yoga stems from her many years as a teacher and practitioner. Kayla’s style of teaching is perfect for the beginner and advanced yogi, making her classes fully accessible for everyone regardless of their level of experience. While the physical aspect of yoga hold’s a high level of importance, she believes that each yoga class provides the opportunity to let go of the stressors of life and simply enjoy presence. Her class playlists range from soulful chill to high energy fun, so you will certainly find yourself humming a tune or two. 

She is a dedicated fur mom, music festival aficionado and mental health advocate! Outside of the studio, you can find Kayla facilitating ceremonial community events, supporting local businesses or scrolling through tiktok.
