CHRISTI ANDERSSON
Christi Andersson is a retired military spouse and a world traveler, having called many different locations "home." With a long-standing curiosity about yoga, she began practicing after attending a class led by an acquaintance. Fortunate to have an amazing first yoga teacher, she developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection that yoga can foster. After years of dedicated personal practice, Christi decided to share the benefits of yoga with others. She is now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, trained by her mentor Sharon Ballenger with a focus in Trauma Sensitivity.
Christi believes that yoga is for every body, and teaches Hatha-Vinyasa to students of all levels, ages 11 to 84. She brings a warm smile and positive energy to both her classes and personal life.
Outside of the studio, Christi enjoys spending time with her husband and six sons, exploring the outdoors with her dog, and tending to her many plants.
