The Texas Governor has released guidelines on conditionally reopening gyms and health facilities effectiveMay 18, 2020.  We have carefully reviewed the guidelines and Best Practices and have decided to set a tentative reopen date for Monday, June 1, 2020.

House of RhythOM is owned by a Physician and Registered Nurse; the health and safety of our House of RhythOM community is our top priority. Our plan is to provide a welcoming space to comfortably practice with your community while promoting best health practices, maintaining safe distancing and minimizing exposure. We will continue to monitor and evaluate all available health resources and, if necessary, adjust the reopen date accordingly.

If you prefer to continue to Flow at Home, we are producing high quality online live and ON Demand  OM Power, RhythOM & Flow, Slow Vibes and Prenatal classes. These flows are now produced with music! Come back to the studio when you are ready and let’s see those stronger chaturangas and head stands!  Make time daily for yourself and your yoga practice.

If you have questions, suggestions or need anything, please email info@houseofom.fit

Your safety is our top priority.

We’ve kept our facility squeaky clean while you’ve been away. We will be checking temperatures at the door, require masks and provide hand sanitizer throughout the studio. We will also sanitize the studio with UV light in-between classes.

We’ve lowered our class capacity to 5.

That way, we can allow for plenty of room between each mat.

We’ve decreased the classes available.

To allow  proper time to sanitize, we have lowered the number of classes available. Classes will only be offered to members at this time.

We’ll continue with our live stream and on-demand classes.

For clients who aren’t ready to come back into the studio just yet, we’ll continue to host daily live streams to keep you moving from home!

If you feel sick, please stay home.

Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we've also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.

We are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.

We missed flowing together, but we’re committed to our community’s health. We’ll keep you posted if the situation changes and intend to play it safe.
